Journalism schools invited to contribute to Latin American training map

09.07.09

Journalism and communication schools in Latin America can take part in a project that will map the region’s training centers. The project began in early 2009 and is still accepting registration.

The project’s goal is to create an up-to-date database with information on communication schools. The database will be presented during the XIII Meeting of Latin American Social Communication Schools, which will be held in October in Havana.

The database organizers, Federación Latinoamericana de Facultades de Comunicación (FELAFACS) and UNESCO, invite the participation of colleges from five regions: South Cone, Andean countries, Central America and the Caribbean, Mexico, and Brazil.
